Small update examples: changing hours, replacing one photo, updating a phone number or changing a link. Larger content changes, menu rebuilds, new pages or redesign work are quoted separately.

Domain registration is separate. Your restaurant remains the owner of its domain and is responsible for keeping the domain registration current.

HOW IT WORKS

A website process made for busy restaurant owners.

1. See the direction. If I reached out to you, I may have already created a website concept for your restaurant.
2. Say yes + pay the $250 project deposit. Payment is handled through a secure invoice.
3. Complete the restaurant intake. Send your current menu, hours, photos, logo, links and anything you'd like changed.
4. Review your finished website. You'll receive a final preview and two reasonable revision rounds are included.
5. Approve + pay the remaining $250. Nothing launches until you've had a chance to review it.
6. I take it live. I handle the website hosting, domain connection and final technical checks.

Hi, I'm Liz.

I started The Local Plate Studio to give independent restaurants a simpler way to get a professional website.

No complicated agency process, no endless meetings and no bloated website package. I build straightforward restaurant websites that make it easy for customers to find the things that matter most: your menu, hours, location and ways to order or get in touch.

My goal is to make the technical side easy for you, while giving your restaurant an online home that feels polished, useful and true to the business you've built.

A few things restaurant owners usually want to know.

Do I own my domain?

Yes. Your restaurant should remain the owner and registrant of its domain. I can help connect it to the website and support the technical setup.

What does the $30/month Website Care + Hosting plan include?

Managed website hosting, technical hosting support, domain/DNS connection support and one small content update per month. Larger changes or new features are quoted separately.

Can you build online ordering or reservations?

I can connect your website to an existing ordering, delivery or reservation service. Custom POS, ordering or reservation software is not included in the standard website package.

What happens after I approve the website?

After final approval and the remaining $250 website payment, I complete the launch process and connect the site to your restaurant's domain.

What if I notice a problem after launch?

For 30 days after launch, I correct bugs or mistakes that are part of the delivered website at no additional design fee. New requests or content changes outside the delivered scope may be billed separately.
